Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These terms govern your use of cheekypixel.store and everything you can do on it — browsing, buying, uploading designs, running a creator page, or selling as a brand. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
CheekyPixel is a print-on-demand marketplace. Independent creators upload artwork, we print it on a product only after someone orders it, and a production studio makes and dispatches it. Nothing is printed in advance.
If anything here is unclear, ask us at support@cheekypixel.store before you buy or upload. Where the law gives you rights as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes them away.
These terms are between you and CheekyPixel. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Return Policy, which form part of the agreement. Privacy Policy · Cookie Policy · Return Policy
You must be at least 16 to hold an account. To sell as a creator, to sell as a brand, or to receive any payout, you must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
Some parts apply to everyone, and some apply only if you sell. The section headings tell you which is which.
You can browse and order as a guest, but an account is needed to sell or to track orders. When you have one:
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — section 14 explains how that works.
Most products on CheekyPixel are printed by us on demand. For those, your contract is with CheekyPixel: we take the payment, we have the item produced, and we are responsible to you for delivering it and for putting it right if something is wrong. The creator whose artwork is on the product licenses it to us and earns a royalty — they are not your seller, and you do not contract with them.
Some listings come from independent brands and sellers on the marketplace. Those are identified on the product page, and your contract for those items is with that seller. We provide the platform, take the payment on their behalf and pass it on.
Product images are mockups — a design shown on a photograph or render of the item. Colours vary between screens, and print position can shift very slightly between units. That is normal for printed goods and is not a fault.
We may change the catalogue, retire a product or stop offering a design at any time. If we cannot fulfil an order you have already paid for, we will tell you and refund you in full.
How a price is built:
We accept payment by card, by bank card through a secure payment link, and by cash on delivery where that is offered for your destination. Card details are handled by our payment providers and never reach our servers.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, not when you submit it. If a price is obviously wrong — a pricing or currency error — we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it at that price.
You must be authorised to use the payment method you choose. Orders that fail our fraud checks may be cancelled and refunded.
Every item is made after you order it, so delivery is production time plus shipping time. The estimate shown at checkout for your destination is our best guess, not a guarantee, and busy periods can stretch it.
Some products cannot be shipped to every country. Where that applies, the item will tell you before you order, and it cannot be added to an order going to that destination.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a delivery attempt fails because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will work with you to resend it, but a second delivery may be charged.
Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are your responsibility unless the checkout says otherwise.
Because nothing is printed until you order, we can cancel an order in full only while it is still waiting to go into production. Email support@cheekypixel.store as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund if production has not started. Once a studio has begun printing, we cannot stop it.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. To use it, tell us within those 14 days and send the item back unused, in resaleable condition, within 14 days of telling us. We refund within 14 days of receiving it back, using the same payment method you paid with.
The law makes one exception, and it matters here: goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right. If you used our customisation tools to place your own artwork, text or colours on a product, that item was made for you alone and cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.
A catalogue product carrying a creator's design is not personalised in that sense — you can still withdraw from it within 14 days.
Return shipping for a change of mind is at your cost, unless we tell you otherwise.
Your legal rights when something is wrong with an item are not affected by anything above. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or simply not what you ordered:
Slight variation in colour, print position or garment measurement is inherent to on-demand printing and is not treated as a fault. A misaligned, cracked, mirrored or wrongly-sized print is.
If you upload artwork and publish products with it:
Every product you publish is reviewed before it goes live. We may approve, reject or later remove a product without accepting liability for lost sales — usually because of a rights problem, a content-rule breach or a technical print issue. We will tell you why.
How you earn:
We can change base prices, royalty bands and the platform fee. Changes apply to sales made after the change, never retroactively, and we will give you notice before a fee change takes effect.
You may upload only work you are entitled to use commercially. Before you publish, confirm that:
We do not print, and will remove:
Uploading is your promise that you have the rights. If a claim is made against us because of your design, you are responsible for it and for the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
The site itself — the CheekyPixel name, logo, design, text and software — belongs to us. You may not copy, scrape or resell it. Nothing in these terms gives you a licence to our brand.
If you believe a design on CheekyPixel infringes your rights, email support@cheekypixel.store with:
We review every complaint. Where a claim looks well-founded we take the product down while we look into it, and we tell the creator what was claimed and by whom so they can respond. Repeated infringement ends a creator account.
Filing a knowingly false complaint is itself a misuse of this process and may make you liable to the creator affected.
If you sell your own products through the marketplace rather than publishing designs:
We can suspend a seller account for late fulfilment, unresolved customer complaints or repeated policy breaches.
Printing is carried out by partner studios working under a separate agreement with us. Their portal shows them only what production requires: the order number, item, size, colour, quantity and the artwork file. They do not receive your name, your email address or your delivery address.
A studio is our supplier, not your counterparty. If a print is wrong, deal with us — not with them.
Credits bought for creator tools are for use on the platform. They are not money, do not expire into cash, and are not refundable once used.
Do not:
We may suspend or close an account, take products offline, cancel orders and withhold a payout while we investigate a serious breach. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. For serious cases — fraud, illegal content, risk to others — we act immediately.
If we close your account, royalties already earned on delivered orders are still paid to you, unless they relate to the breach itself.
We take responsibility for what we control: producing your order to a proper standard, delivering it, and putting right what we get wrong. Your statutory rights as a consumer are untouched by this section.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude.
Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost opportunity, or for a creator's lost sales while a product is under review or offline. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do our best, and we fix what breaks.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country's law, and you may bring a claim there.
Talk to us first — most problems are solved in an email. If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve it, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in arbitration before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not currently committed to doing so.
We update these terms when what we do changes. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Changes are not retroactive: the terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly rather than quietly reposting the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
