Terms of Service
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By becoming a member of the studio you accept that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of the studio. BODY & BEYOND reserves the right to change any of the terms. Any changes to the terms and conditions take effect immediately from the date of their publication. These terms and conditions apply to anyone purchasing any type of service directly from BODY & BEYOND or indirectly through a third party (Fit Kit).
BODY & BEYOND is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of all clients. You are required to inform the studio and our instructors of any health conditions you may have (including injuries, illness, pregnancy, medical conditions, or anything else that may affect the safe execution of the training). BODY & BEYOND recommends that you obtain medical clearance from a physician before starting to use the studio's services. Participation in services is at the client/member's own risk. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, clients/members agree to follow the instructor's guidance during all training sessions. Clients acknowledge that participation in physical activities involves a certain risk of injury and agree that they take part at their own responsibility.
During the services, our instructors use methods by which they can "correct" the client's body position during the exercise or help/support the client during the performance of the exercise, which can result in making a physical contact with the client. This is to ensure correct and safe performance of the exercises, as well as to prevent injuries to clients while exercising. By attending the service, you confirm that you have accepted this method of instruction.
BODY & BEYOND reserves the right to make changes to the service schedule, hours of operation, prices and instructors at any time.
You are responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings that you bring into the studio. We recommend that you do not bring valuables to the service, such as phones, jewelry, wallets or purses.
The client has an obligation to pay the membership fee. The membership fee is paid in advance, before using the BODY & BEYOND services.
BODY & BEYOND reserves the right to deny entry to a service or cancel a reservation if the payment for the membership fee is not processed.
The membership has a limited duration. The duration of the membership is specified on the studio's website in the description of the package being purchased.
Your membership may be paused for a few weeks and you will not be billed for services during that period. BODY & BEYOND requires a written notification for this no later than 7 working days in advance. The request should be sent to info@bodyandbeyond.mk. After the end of the pause, you can continue the membership in terms that will be available at that time.
BODY & BEYOND can change the prices of the services at any time. The new prices take effect upon their publication on the studio's website.
Service bookings at BODY & BEYOND are made exclusively through the studio's website. A reservation is considered valid only after the payment has been completed. Without prior payment, the booking will not be confirmed.
Clients may book a service no later than 2 (two) hours before its scheduled start time. After this deadline, the system will not allow additional reservations.
We kindly ask you to reserve your spot in a timely manner in order to ensure proper organization and an optimal number of participants for each service.
Due to a limited spots available in each service, BODY & BEYOND has strict service cancellation policy. You can cancel the service no later than 4 hours before it starts. If you do not show up for the scheduled service or if you not cancel the booking in time, the service will be charged in full as if it had been held.
Please cancel the service immediately if you can not attend it. This will free up a spot for someone else to attend the service.
The payments made for our services are non-refundable. Unused services are not transferred to the next period.
If the client is not satisfied with the services provided by BODY & BEYOND or believes that he has the right to a refund, he should contact us directly at info@bodyandbeyond.mk explaining the reasons for requesting the refund, as well as attaching relevant medical documentation so that we can adequately respond to that request.
Please note that even in a case of a refund made under these circumstances, an amount of 10% will be retained to cover administrative costs.
Children and pets are allowed in the studio only during private services. It is prohibited for children of any age to sit and wait in the studio during the semi-private/group services. If you are a parent/carer, it is our desire to create an environment where the focus will be solely on your experience and the experience of all other members, as well to minimize any distractions. We appreciate your understanding of the above as we try to create a safe and happy studio for everyone.
